Privacy Policy

Slow Bake is a focus app. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising. This page explains what data the app uses and why.

What stays on your device

Your focus sessions (recipe, duration, pauses, quality and time zone), your bakery progress, the items you buy with crumbs and your settings are stored on your device. We do not receive this data.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is turned on, the app syncs your sessions and progress across your devices using your private iCloud database (CloudKit). Apple stores that data in your iCloud account under its own privacy policy, and we cannot access it. Settings are not synced.

Purchases and Plus subscription

Apple processes payments; we never see your payment details. To show the plans and check whether you have Plus, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier created by the app, your purchase history within Slow Bake and technical data such as device model, system version, language, region and IP address. RevenueCat does not receive your name or email address. You can read its policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Screen Time

With Plus you can block apps during a session. The selection is made through Apple's Screen Time, which only gives Slow Bake opaque identifiers: the app does not know which apps you chose, and that information never leaves your device.

Notifications and Live Activity

The end-of-session alert and the Live Activity are created on your own device. We do not use notification servers to send you messages.

This website

slowbake.oskita.dev is served by Cloudflare. To show you the page, the server receives technical data such as your IP address and your browser language, which we only use to choose the page language. We do not use cookies or analytics.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the data on your device. You can delete iCloud data in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled from your Apple account. To ask us to delete the purchase data linked to your anonymous identifier, contact us.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
